Know About Stress :

Body’s natural defense against predators and danger is Known as Stress. It clears the body with hormones to prepare systems to evade or confront danger which is known as the “fight-or-flight” mechanism.

When we are faced with a different challenge, part of our response is physical. During a challenging situation, our body activates resources to protect us by preparing us either to stay and fight or to get away as fast as possible.

The body produces larger quantities of the chemicals Harmon like cortisol, adrenaline, and noradrenaline. These give rise to heightened muscle preparedness, an increased heart rate, alertness, and sweating.
All these factors improve the ability to respond to a hazardous or challenging situation.

Factors of the environment that trigger this reaction are called stressors. Examples include a speeding car, noises, scary moments in movies, aggressive behavior, or even going out on a 1st date. The more stressors we experience, the more stressed we tend to feel.
So Try to be Always Happy.

Stress affects you both mentally and physically. A person must be stressless to stay healthy. Here is some sign that help you to know that you are under stress:

1. Hair fall

Stress causes hair to fall down. Hair falling can be a way of dealing with negative or uncomfortable feelings, such as stress, tension, loneliness, boredom or frustration. If the hair falls too much, you should consult a physician.

2. Weight gain or decrease

Depression can cause you to be weighed down without you even knowing it. When you are under stress you may find it harder to eat healthy food. Also, during times of high stress, you may eat in an attempt to fulfill emotional needs. So , your appetite decreases and sometimes it increases due to stress.

3. Lack of sleep

Lack of sleep is also a sign of stress. When a person is asleep, thinking is also the main cause of stress. So he does not get any sleep or he sleeps for hours.

4. Mood changes

Stress comes when there is a situation where you are reluctant to do any work, have no interest in anything, do not enjoy anything and do not experience pain.
